I purchased a 2017 Mazda CX5 from this dealership September 2025. There were some issues with it before I left the lot. As it turns out, it was serviced by the Volkswagon dealership across the street, which they co-own. Springfield Mitzubichi did address the items before I left Philadelphia with the car. The Mitsubishi service team siad 'we had never seen this car" it required me staying an extra three days waiting for the repairs. The Mitsubishi service team were great and they worked really hard to get me on the road asap. My biggest regret is not bringing the car to a Mazda dealership right after purchasing it - like immediately. Volkswagen had not checked fluids which they said they had, within 3 weeks I was paying for a new rear differential, and axel as they had not picked up on a crack in the differential fluid container. Another $6k later, I was finally driving the car I thought I purchased. They never followed up once I left, as the limited warranty was for 1000 miles or something like that. I don't blame them completely for the issues I had but, I do blame Volkswagon. I would not have bothered writing a review, except they still have to send my my spare set of keys. The sales process is intense, they have you jumping from person to person, so It's hard to keep track of everything. Patricia was helpful, Joe was nice but it would have been nicer if my car did not have so many issues. I have no doubt buying a new Mitsubishi is good here. Used car from other brand? Hard to say, get it checked immediately by the car dealer for that vehicle. Car fax and all of that was clean.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Mitsubishi in Yeadon, PA. I brought my vehicle in on Friday for a key replacement, rim repair, and an oil change. I understood that rim repair could take a few days, but once I was told the rim repair was denied, there was no reason for my vehicle to still be delayed for basic services like an oil change and key replacement. The biggest issue was being told that “cosmetic rim damage is not covered,” when my contract clearly includes Tire & Wheel coverage with cosmetic repair. I had to advocate for coverage that I already pay for, which should never be the customer’s responsibility. To make matters worse, I was told I requested a rim replacement—which I did not. I specifically requested a repair. This miscommunication led to further delays and frustration. My interaction with the Service Manager, Steve Cravotta, was also unprofessional. He did not properly identify himself when answering the phone and questioned me when I asked for compensation due to the inconvenience. At one point, I was even told I “did not have to leave my vehicle,” which was inaccurate given the services requested. Overall, this experience lacked clear communication, accountability, and professionalism. Due to this, I will not be returning to this service center. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
